Value up to $1,000…………………… $45.00
$1,001-$50,000.......$45.00 plus $6.00 per additional $1,000 over $1,000
$50,001-$100,000.....$325.00 plus $5.00 per additional $1,000 over $50,000
Over $100.000.....$575.00 plus $4.00 per additional $1.000 over $100,000
Please check with the building department before starting your project.
Sheds must be 5' from the property line and 10' from the main structure. Those over 400' require footing and foundation.
Zoning Board of Appeals
The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) meets the first Thursday of every month at 7:00 PM at the Voorheesville Fire House on Altamont Road when necessary.
Chairperson is Jim Giglio.
FEBRUARY MEETING: There are no items on the agenda at this time.
Planning Commission
The Village Planning Commission meets the second Tuesday of every month at 7:00 PM at Village Hall when necessary.
The Chairperson is Georgia Gray.
FEBRUARY MEETING: Special Use Permits for 2 new businesses to be located on Drywall Lane. A Special Use Permit for the relocation of an auto repair shop to Drywall Lane and a Site Plan Review for a proposed new business to be located at 36 South Main Street.
Conservation Advisory Committee
The Conservation Advisory Committee meets sometime before the ZBA and Planning Commission to review and comment on any issues. Chairperson is Richard Stewart.
