Building permits, applications for area variance, special use permits, signs, pools.

Sheds must be 5' from the property line and 10' from the main structure.  Those over 400' require footing and foundation. 

The Zoning Board of Appeals (ZBA) meets the first Thursday of every month when necessary.  Chairperson is Jim Giglio.   ***NOTE new location as of October 1st - Firehouse 12 Altamont Road.

Planning Commission meets the second Tuesday of every month when necessary.  Chairperson is Georgia Gray.  

The Conservation Advisory Committee meets sometime before the ZBA and Planning Commission to review and comment on any issues.  Chairperson is Richard Stewart.
